Does anyone know what they are talking about besides Brian and Lori?? Have any of you heard about the group of women that run in Gainsville every year in mostly stock Neons and fuckin clean up?? I can't remember who they are but they are wicked. The ACR was built specifically for Auto-X and does hold it's own in the hands of a capable driver. Just because one has the advantage of AWD or RWD, doesn't mean they will beat everything out there. Some people can overcome their downsides and don't need the assistance of technology. If you will recall, Auto crossing is testing driver skill more than car capabilities. This is not 100% the rule, but a majority of it is. Hell, Chris will wipe out half the TR Auto-X crew in his stock, body rolling bastard.
I believe Chet, 2qwk4u and Zate should show up Saturday night to prove just how slow and horrible a Neon is. You three made some very inflaming, derogatory, immature and unnecessary comments. I was especially surprised and dissapointed at your comments, Zate. He provoked absolutely none of what you threw at him. Everyone is so quick to benchrace and judge. Yet, none of you have even met Brian, nor do you know what his car is like or what's done to it. Also, a Miata is not a godsend...

i'd be there if i could...however i'm in connecticut until september 4th...then i'll be at every autox event after that. and as far as zate..or anyone else making comments that rip on the neons...i think people are too sensitive. anyone can make unthoughtful and mean comments about my car and it really doesn't bother me in the least. i drive a 92dx hatchback i bought for 2200 dollars...i mean seriously...ii'm realistic about what i drive and how fast it is...others should be the same way.
