First kill in the new CRX?
Coming back from a beer run in my new CRX I encountered a new Prelude. He was turning onto the street that I was turning onto from the opposite direction. He turned onto the 2 laner first and I followed suit. He got on it from the start so I waited until I was straight before I got into it. Not really knowing what my car is capable of yet it surprised me by vaulting forward as I just about went down his 5 exhaust pipe on VTEC. I dunno if it was a kill or not but he knows who his daddy is.
nice ram errrr kill
Are you going to bring that car to a track event? Do you have anything else done to it...suspension brakes? Also have you weighed it?

I am kinda bummed because the car just got an alignment and it doesnt seem to be right. Spoke to John today about the tire noise in the rear and he stated it was an issue with the toe in/out being bad. You might wanna look at that as an issue for your tractor tires as well Alan. Once I work out all the bugs I am gonna auto cross it.
To answer a few questions. It has a Honda motor in it. It has never seen a scale. This is the second day I have owned it. It just saw some Zaino today and will see a paint booth ASAP.

Hmmm...I dont see how it could be my alignment. I had it aligned a few days after Justin and I installed the coilovers and I know I havent done anything to screw it up (like hit curbs potholes etc.). Ill keep an eye out for tire wear since I dont have $80 to shell out on an alignment at the moment.

They should fix it for free if you paid for an alignment. Mine sounds exactly like yours and only occured after a new alignment. John stated his did the same thing after a bad alignment and after he took his back and had it fixed it was quiet again. Just another idea...I cannot hear myself think @ 40mph. I have no idea what my exhaust note sounds like. I have that and the cut antenna wire to fix...then I am in total bliss.
