but see my friend i never said al Saleens were slow im sure the 351s or what ever it is is fast as nuts im just talkin bout 281s (the kind i raced).

im not ignorant i know there are fast Fords Chevys and Dodges.

 

seems evey time someone beats a mustang like 10 mustang guys come on to say how great mustangs are . i like all kinds of cars mustangs are nice ya and easy to make fast true but some of them are overrated like the buillet mustang that thing is for more show then go i say and they put it up agginst the SS .in motortrend i think and that thing got owned. hasnt Chevy been beating mustangs for a while now?

 

Yeah I heard the 2003 Camaros are real fast.

Funny how you mention 10 Mustang guys jumping in all the time. Thats only because everyone gauges how fast there car is against a Stang. Isnt it funny how everyone compares there cars to how well they can do against a Mustang ?

Just about everyone on this board including myself has been killed by a Stang before guaranteed ! Therefore when one of you gets a kill on a Stang you feel proud. Enjoy it while it lasts !

I mean you never see any of the Stang guys post hey killed yet another slow ass import with a fart pipe today. I am not saying all imports are slow just most of them. And it is not worth the time to post that worthless shit anyway.

So as long as there are threads like this one you will have Stang owners in here defending themselves. We just stick up for each other better than you guys.

 

1st of its a bullitt mustang. and overrated? most likely the best mustang you can buy out of the box. how about mine running 13.98 out of the box w/ 1000k miles on the car imagine when the motor gets broken it. also i realize motortrend compaired it to a SS and truthfully that is an unfair comparison. comparing a 4.6L to a 5.7L would be like compairing a 4banger to our V8s and I dont think anyone is going to argue with me that out of the box a 4cly is going to run with a new V8.

 

dude ya yours is fast ie superchager im saying the mustang vrs ss in the motortrend . and your boy with his 10 second 1/8 mile probly got beat by the guy you beat. with the fart tip yes imports are slow and yes they like raceing v8s and yes v8s guys dont like loseing to imports . but their is always gona be someone faster right?

 

i have no clue why yours was so fast 13.9 i seem not to have a problem with them and im slower then that i dunno i though they where high 14s

 

With the Bullitt you also should consider the fact that its already a collectors car.
