I try to use my head Dave, If I confront him directly he will just dodge - just like he did when Detective March from PCSO called over and over leaving messages saying to pay or goto jail.

If he tries to run and I "stop" him - I'll get arrested for assault and lose the chance for my money.

Sorry that I didn't get a expressed written consent form from all the street racers before I reported. I will next time. Maybe I should call Jap and be like "Hey Jap, just stay where you and and the police will be there in a minute to pick you up"

I didn't know that your car wasn't legal. Neuman told me you guys where out on the interstate. After I talked to Neuman I made the call because I though he was there and you where not - It seemed like good timing to me.

I don't have time to waist during the week running around in Tampa. I was working at time I got the call - since 28th is right around the corner I decided to take care of business.

Hopefully Daniel will take a trip to Pasco and do a walk though at the jail. Then he doesn't have to get embarrassed in front of his friends.

Did Jap forcefully take the wallet from you? or did you leave it on the counter for a second then he snatched it and ran?

 

I left it on the counter in plain sight. He followed after me in line and swiped it. He dipped shortly after.
