Let's set some things straight. Jap Dan stole $1500 from me at the street races in Pasco county (at 7 eleven gas station). He is on video, clearly defined taking my wallet. Please follow the link. Please note charge 1:

After stealing my wallet, he left the street races to go to his parents time share in Treasure Island. On the way he got pulled over. Instead of showing his ID, he presented mine. Then he was charged VOP for racing and DWLSR. Then he USED MY MONEY TO BAIL HIMSELF FROM JAIL.
After 3 weeks of attempted collection I charged Daniel Church with Grand Theft. 6 weeks later his warrant was issued for Larceny. Larceny is definded as: the unlawful taking of personal property with intent to deprive the rightful owner of it permanently.

Let me make some other things clear. Walter has nothing to do with this. Walter informed me of Dans location on 28th. I discussed my intent to get Dan arrested at that time; however, I had not yet made the call.
I was in a neighboring parking lot watching. I knew a few of the people at the spot. Dave, Chris, Jason, Austin, Walter, Matt, Mark to name a few. I waited to make the call until the racing had concluded. I called ChrisN1313 and let him know of my intent to catch Dan.
I guess all of my years of street racing, huge wrap sheet of tickets, not having a license for 4 years (just got it back last year), and owning a local performance shop doesn't stand up for my credibility as a street racer. So I guess I'm a snitch now and call my cops on my friends.
If some fuck owns you money, you're going to get it. And so am I.

David, what the fuck are you talking about?!??! They were on the road racing when the cops were on their way!! if they had come any sooner they would have been busted cause of that snitch! Shit, I could have been busted too! Don't try to stick up for that kid...

I am friends with all of these guys so im just going to stay out of it... but I do wish that we were informed that this was going to go down because even though we were finished racing, we were still in the laws view and could of still been brought charges against us because we were doing something illegal just not at that point in time... Also we noticed that the cop was looking for someone because they really didnt give us a hard time for being in a dark parking lot and we were all hiding.

It's taking so long because certain other "snitches" tipped Dan off to my plan. And the fucked up part is this other "snitches" are people that I have helped out in the past - too bad they could not return the favors.

Ya your right a warrent never runs out - so why do it when everyone is out racin?
And yes I understand your pissed and want your money. I would go after my money also. Just I wouldnt be a bitch about it. Fuck the cops they are worthless they dont care about you or your fucking money! What about that guy who broke into your shop. Your pretty sure you know who it is but your waiting for the cops to make a move. They havent helped you on that issue either now have they?
