Girlfriend slays a Honda
Hey Thief
Just a curious question...
How do you know what your speed is at the 1000 mark???
I have countless timeslips and none of them indicate the speed at 1000 just the 1/8th and the 1/4.
What gives?

Yeaah a 106 mph is high enough for a 13 sec pass I think someone else here with a DSM goes 13.6 at 106mph and I think it a Fwd one too. Correct me if Im wrong! Well all I can say is just get more track time and practice in so we can see some full runs and get those times down...
Hey Thief
Arent you gonna answer my question???

On the printout your right it does not show a MPH. But if you have your eye on the track you can see the sensor for the 1000 mark. You know the orange cone on the center line that reflects back to the sensor.
Anyway long story short I used to finish up the quarter mile at 7400 rpm in 3rd gear which is always 106mph as Ive had many time slips which show that.
What I was/am saying is I am shifting at 7400 in 3rd gear at that 1000 cone at the track. So thats where I derive 106 mph at the 1000 foot mark.
Its not perfectly accurate but within +-1 mph.
