The thing is something went wrong on that 14.1@ 91 mph anyone can see that the mph is low and I dont think you got that much traction. But Ive race a newer RX-7 turbo on the street the day of the track beating him buy 2 1/2 cars and then when I went to the track that night he was running a 13.2 when all I could get was a 13.78 something so you cant judge your time by comparing it to a car you raced on the street hell hes half a sec. off my time. If your cars able of mid 13s passes then go get them but untill then lets stick with the times we have run up till now. Hell how many times did a V8 guy tell you he runs 12sec times but never been to the track to prove it then you race them and its slow as sh*t. Ive run a 13.2 on street tires and 13.1 on slicks in which I had a hard time using and I think Im able to run 12sec times but I never say Im a 12 sec car just cause Ive never run a 12 yet but it will come in time. Hopeful the next time your at the track their will be no problems and you will back up the times you say it can run good luck.

You gotta be careful throwing numbers around like that. You really DONT know yet what you could do in a full run until you actually do it.

You could do well or you could do badly but what would you do right now if someone said : Show me your slip? Can you show a bunch of continuous 13second runs?

You need to become consistent before you can hope to move to the next level and as Bry said you cant judge by running against someone else without timing lights.

Its better not to mention ETs until youve got a few of the ones you want under your belt. I also know some guys that said their cars will run 12s after a bunch of mods but were sorely disappointed when I took them up on it at the track.

I thought my Sentra was in the 15s But when I took it to the track the best time I could get was a 16.10.
Just proves. You can never tell.

I will bet $20 that your first run down the track on STREET TIRES you will not hit a 12. Thats no drag radials cheater slicks or any of that stuff. Im not knocking your car since it probably has 12s in it but not having time behind the wheel on the track will be the issue. Im not flaming you or your car.

hmmm...12s? I think he mentioned that he could run a 13.5 on radials not a 12. Running slicks on the other hand I think 12s will be very doable.

I dont bet money cause if I did I have alot of pissed off V8 guys wanting to kick my a** not only embarassing them but then thating their money too bad idea Im not that big. Im sure your cars good for a 13sec time since im sure a 14.1 at 91 looks like you let off are got mega traction are something. Whats the high trap speed youve got cause I can pretty much guess what you should run?

My best pass before I rebuilt the motor and added a bunch of goodies was 14.00@106 with several backup passes of 14.0*@105s. I have hit 106 at the 1000 ft. mark twice now on the new motor but failed my 3rd to 4th shift so I would say I should pick up what another 3-5 mph on average at the 1320?
