As White already stated.... It is ridiculous to run that much boost, because he is pulling so much timing (which is actually making his car slower). You deserve to put 15 cars on that fucking tool! Good Kill!

And I'm not gonna even get into BRAKE BOOSTING on a stock turbo.

People brake boost srts ?

my car is too slow to brake boost.

Funny thing is i raced an 03 the other day and he asked me how much boost i was running like it mattered but i told him 18lbs , he was like wtf because i put about 6 cars on him...

So he replied im running 22 lbs. :shrug: tuning ftw.

^It's not really in the tuning. My car was tuned and now back to being untuned. The guy being at 22lbs is pulling timing hence why he lost... usually spiking past 18psi with Stock PCM or Stage 1 will pull timing. People don't understand that concept with the SRT-4 and think they can boost 20+ on the stock turbo. The stock turbo's effeciency really runs out at about 20psi so anything past that is just bringing in hot air.

Well I say tuning but in all reality its just commen sense. Knowing ur car isnt just faster if u turn up the boost to me is a tuning error. And yea he was on stock pcm, or atleast im asuming. Everyone does little cheap mods like the spring mod and think they are going to turn into lil bow wow.

Your right and its quite funny watching people mod SRT-4's and not have a clue on what they are doing. I about get a kick out of people saying they are spiking 25psi on stock pcm or even S1.

Wrapping ur boost gauge all the way around is never a good thing. atleast not for my car.
