The Scion V6 Mustang & 300zx
They don't exist, the only SN-197 5.4's come with an M122. Only the '00 Cobra R came with an N/A 5.4.
What? A 5.0? They will both put out about an extra 180rwhp with somthing like a T3/T4 at 10 pounds. The only reason why they put out simlar numbers is because of the obvious 2 extra cylinders, stock split port V6's out flow 5.0's(without GT-40 heads/intakes). And explain to me why the Ford 3.8 is shit, I've asked you like 3 or 4 times and you keep ignoring my question.
No shit?! So a brand new 3.8L V6 motor outflows a 20 year old 4.9L v8 motor? Wow, stop the presses!
If you want to compare it stock to stock, its shit because the GM 3.8L puts out 15HP more.
And the V6 Mustang will NOT double its HP from a turbo putting out 10 lbs of boost, unless you've got the largest T4 on it you can find with a huge A/R that consequently doesn't spool until almost redline...and even then I have my doubts.
Go ahead and post up the V6 Mustang 1/4 holder on a stock block....I'll post up the 1/4 holder V8 holder on a stock block...We'll see which looks nicer. Don't you dare ever compare your V6 to the Boss 302 again. And while you're at it, stop trying to defend a V6's ability to hang with V8s souped up...it makes you sound like Scott90.
I'll give you one thing and only one thing about that motor because I've never heard anything to suggest otherwise yet. The Ford 3.8L may be a reliable motor in stock form...and it may be decent on gas....Thats about as far as you should ever go talking about it.

The brand new 3.8? Quit talking out of your ass, it's been around since the early 80's. And yes I would like you to post the best stock bottem end/block 1/4 mile slip of someone that has been running it long-term, the stock 5.0 block can only handle 550-600BHP before it cracks/splits. People are running 800+BHP with stock 3.8 blocks and no one has so much as cracked one. And as for your statement that a V6 mustang won't double it's power at 10 PSI Dyno Page.
We're talking stock motors on this part, aren't we? I mean hell, if we're going all out I can bring up R blocks, 5.4L blocks, all sots of more modern souped up engines.800+ BHP on a stock V6 block, eh? I guess its possible, why don't you link that. And those graphs got annoying to look at, I stopped paying attention after the first one which said 4.2L. Post them up here if you'd like to argue them, although I have a feeling its going to be strikingly similar to what I said above.

Was it this one?
J's new updated dyno graph done on a dynojet. Making 360rwhp at 10.2 psi of boost.

I'm sure they were putting out that 190 HP in the 80s, weren't they?

The 5.0 is EFI and it's been revised just like the 3.8, it's only a couple years older. They stopped making 5.0's 4 years before they started making split port 3.8's. As for Matt's single port set-up here is his dyno graph, he only made 640rwhp but he has a C4 which we all know are power hogs.
