Default me vs. slow5ho

so i took my car to the dyno cause i gave up on the breaking up above 5000 rpm level, still thinking i hadnt tuned the fuel properly. well i had it pretty darn close. and now with the fuel right break up still there. break up FTW! dyno numbers FTL! tried a different coil, dis., wires plugs, and still no change please and imput would be great. and for the curious dyno was 371hp 360ftlb breaking up peak power was at 4200 and stayed the same all the way due to break up looking for the 400 mark and a decent pull pleae help have a match and a gallon of gas ready to solve all my problems very very soon.

install the cam wrong..maybe..u could be off some what.

if u advance the timing on the engine does it still break up..my 327 did that around 6500..i advance the timing and it would go to the 7200hp.

is it carb or fuel injected..if carb do u got the fuel floats right or maybe to small of jets in the rear..??

The motor is fine, no problems with the motor mechanicly at all, with a carb on a engine dyno the motor was fine....started having problems when we put it in the car and converted it to EFI.

might not be a timing issue, what was ur a/f? maybe the car needs bigger injectors, too big or too small of throttle body, bad mass air?, i was at the dyno when you were doing this so I know there is no vacuum leaks, oh and did you try to plug that fogger nozzle u had open? thats unmetered air, every little bit helps to make it perfect

plugged up the hole no other vacume leaks. changed maf nothin changed did try to plug the spout in and it fires sometimes and sometimes it has no spark kinda off and on it is diffinatly an electrical issue the tach both stock my aftermarket and the one on the dyno all started to jump around when it started to break up.
