Well the announcer at the track specifically said he was running a 2.2 ecotec turbo motor.
But since you know every ecotec motor and owner in the Tampa/clearwater area, I guess your right. Anyway, if he ran low 14 then that explains why I walked away from him so bad on the 1st run and also pulled away from him up top with my timing retard 2 degrees on the second run
This car wasn't very fast, although I think his times were due to bad launches and low pro tires. Either way, I would have destroyed him from a dig. Also, if he has a 70 trim turbo, I would think he would have had more for me on the top end

He wanted to sell me his 60-1 compressor housing when he swithced and I saw it but that is what I already have.

he ran 14.2 best at the track on 10lbs i think. he's a buddy of mine. like 57trim said his car is not ecotec.
