Well the announcer at the track specifically said he was running a 2.2 ecotec turbo motor. But since you know every ecotec motor and owner in the Tampa/clearwater area, I guess your right.
Anyway, if he ran low 14 then that explains why I walked away from him so bad on the 1st run and also pulled away from him up top with my timing retard 2 degrees on the second run This car wasn't very fast, although I think his times were due to bad launches and low pro tires. Either way, I would have destroyed him from a dig. Also, if he has a 70 trim turbo, I would think he would have had more for me on the top end

He wanted to sell me his 60-1 compressor housing when he swithced and I saw it but that is what I already have.
Those damn announcers don't know crap. lol
OHV's have NO top end, it is all low end TQ.

true, well then sounds like his turbo is way to big for that motor.....maybe we should trade

he ran 14.2 best at the track on 10lbs i think. he's a buddy of mine. like 57trim said his car is not ecotec.
