its no use corey...big hp makes for fast times...400hp is only good for mid 13's.

some sticky DRs, a beefed up rearend (harden output shafts), a decent clutch (might be possible on the ls6 z06 clutch, maybe), a tall cam (talking 600+ lift), a very good set of flowing heads, a good flowing exhaust (prolly 1 7/8 headers), some beefy ass rockers, some good dual springs, a 90mm intake + TB, some good port work, injectors, some more upgraded components throughout the engine and fuel system .. and a good driver and you've got 10s and if not .. slap a 150 shot .. then you've got 10s.
You've spend upwards of 10k but hey that's the game.
nothing to it .. right?
