A freind of mine wants to race any street/full interior car on drag radials at track day for a little $. No drama, he just wants to see how his car fares. I am posting because he does not get on the net. I hate to be one of those people that says "my freinds car" but my car is broke and I have to stay active somehow . He is running 275 17" Nitto dr on a 92 Mustang GTwith the STOCK 302 short block. Everyone has been posting Mustang kills so I am sure that there will be no shortage of willing individuals.

 

I'm in. No bottles. As for cash I have no clue as to who your friend is and have never seen his car. I think you will have a hard time finding a money race with this being the case. However if he just wants to go at it I'm in for a friendly race. Who knows he may show up with a Kenny Bell bolted on and may be bad ass.

The car is not a single digit car...not even close, but is worth being called a "big dog". Maybe I should be more clear, it has an S trim and the usual mustang bolt ons. I should have said that in the first post. He is not trying to hide anything, just wants a good race and a chance to pay for expenses for the day.

 

Good luck to you guys. Like I said I'm down for a friendly race but I'm certainly not considered a big dog on here with a 12.910@106. But I do love to race.

I love how he ropes you in with the "Stock 302 shortblock" comment. Those not in the know don't realize that the short block is just the block and rotating assembly. But at least later on he admits the car is "Mustang Stock" you know the usual boltons, i.e. heads, cam, roller rockers, upper and lower intake, TB, 42lbs injectors and that S trim supercharger.
