Flinger, you aren't skurred of a lil' ol' Mustang with a stock shortblock are you? You can take him even with your spun bearing. If so, maybe you'll want a piece of my stock shortblock...it has a spun bearing too. But it might have 1/2 a track of run left in it.

 

You are really close, it only has 36# injectors though, so you know he can't be making to much power .

 

I think both of us would throw rods out of the side of the block on the trip down to BMP. Trailers maybe?

 

We always bring one... just in case.

Hmmmm, tempting. Does the car in question have a cage? Full interior? A/C?

 

I told you I'm down for a friendly race. Besides why are you so sore because there are a few of your fellow mustang owners are getting whipped on the street. Most mustangs on the street have very few and usually simple mods. I believe that your friends car is fast. He can more than likely beat most street cars including the mustangs that we whip everyday. Sounds like this is something you are going to have to get used to seeing as there are so many mustangs out there. Believe me if I owned Mustang and got whooped by a 4 cyl I'd be doing something to make sure that does not happen again. I wouldn't rely on my buddy to do it for me either.

Launch - I don't believe Terry's (78mphgpr) car was never beaten by a 4cyl car prior to it going down. Maybe Ron or Jason would, but thats up in the air. I believe it will be quite nasty upon it's resurrection as well. He's only trying to get some of those that kill all those other poor lil ponies everyday to come get a lil somethin somethin from his buddy.
