I do concur... The storm chaser was down the last time a big storm rolled thru... But this time, shes up and running better than ever in true meteorologicalness... The next time the thunder starts rolling in, I will be amidst the storm...

Just found out that the race was with a familiar biker, a friend of a friend. His gixxer is nowhere near stock, btw. Word is that it's having some issues, but is still much faster than a stock gixxer. That should make the C5 driver's day when I tell him.
this vette must be at least a mid-low ten sec car...or the guy on the bike couldn't ride it that well...
not to take anything away from the vette...but a 1000CC bike from a roll and you are putting 5 cars on him?
somewhere i'm missing something.
good kill nonetheless.

I believe it but it really depends on where the roll is started from... the higher the speeds the worse it is for the bike..
from a lower speed with a good rider the c5 would have his hands full with all "900whp"

And ditto what Titanium said...the higher the roll, the bike's advantages are negated somewhat.
I'm not going to tell it all, but let's just say for that particular run, the Vette was putting down over 700 lbft of torque at the wheels.
I will also confirm that this gixxer can pull the front off the ground with a 4 gear roll on. To say he's a good rider would be an understatement. The dude only sat on his tank with his hands and feet flying in the air afterwards.
