then he was a poor driver, there is no way an awd car should be loosing off the line to a fwd car, at least if you werent on slicks. not bashing but its true.
As for they are only good for the whole shot, I dont even like the cars but do have any clue what that thing could do to your, or any srt-4 around a race track?

i dunno, i myself had a hard time launching the laser on the street...id launch around 6k and would crap walk most of 1st gear and i was pretty much bone stock besides a boost controller.

a good driver in FWD could hang close enough to a GOOD awd launcher out of the hole and enough to go past him. and then again, a good majority of people with AWD have no idea how to launch in the 1st place.

A good FWD driver will never get out of the whole as well as good awd driver. You put someone in a awd who has never learned how to launch one then maybe a really good driver in a fwd may get the jump. I wouldnt even waste my time racing these skittles from a stop.

you're probably right on this. took me quite a while to get the hang of it, and i'm still not 100% all the time. however, any time i didn't get the hole shot on a two wheel drive vehicle, it was cuz i messed up.

and my last race against a skittle i won by a city block, and i only had ONE WHEEL DRIVE.
