What kinda #'s does your civic put down?

 

not sure yet but that run I was lucky enough to have the boost at 14.5 psi even though i was leaning out pretty bad... i would expect around those boost levels somewhere around the ballpark of 300.....

 

WTF!? I thought you were a 13 second car? If you did hang with him and he downshifted into the gear he should have, I'm damn impressed.

 

If that was insane, That is a high 13 second car. Mine is an automatic. I have not run mine at the 1/4 mile track yet so I don't know about mine. I reeled him in fast and he slowed down as soon as I caught him. as soon as I punched it I was on him./

 

I ran a 13.9 at 102.6 with no second gear and third gear grinding pretty bad.... and that was on 9 psi (low boost) on street tires.... i think i can get some mid to low 12s on good tires with a good tranny and some tuning for the amount of boost i was running saturday night... like i said it should be in the ball park of 300 but it needs tuning.... 300 in my car is very capable of low 12s.....

And also as I said before I got very lucky because I had JUST turned the boost up before I ran into him on the bridge and after I ran him and saw how lean i was going, i turned it down to 10.5

 

Are you refering to me because I sure as hell dont remember you tryin me at any time saturday night and if you did i wouldve loved to put it to you on low boost.... you must have the wrong car or i was cruising and you didnt wanna come up beside me and play....

 

I will play whenever you want dude. You and I have the same problem with traction right now so it would probably be best to run now from a dig. No need to be a dick about it though. If I knew your car, i would definately run up beside you. Stop the bullshit about running on low boost. We will get our chance to run and I look forward to it. Pm me and we will meet up Saturday and take care of business. I will be at sunhine tonight if you want to give it a go there. I would rather do it at the track and then post the slips. I think it would be fun.

 

Umm Im pretty sure Steve would be a high 10 low 11 at worst! It is pretty sick! Maybe he can chime in again and correct me if I am wrong!

 

From the #'s I remember him saying when I bought my slicks from him ... I'm going to have to say high 10 would definately be possible, but I'll leave the # announcing to him

 

Who is steve and are these 1/8 mile or 1/4 mile time
