Was not I. My car was at the dealership for a week and I just picked it up yesterday.

Good kill though Poncho and nice times 66 Stang. I was the 2nd fastest on the list in the country for awhile, but you and Bruce have to come steal my thunder.

You're right about my mods Dino. I have 4.56 gears, O/R h-pipe, Magnaflow mufflers and a Tri-Ax. It's gone 12.90 @ 107.5 but that was with a lazy 1.94 60' on DR's. I went 1.95 on stock rubber and I've gone 1.82 on DR's. Hopefully now that my tranny is fixed it'll clip off a 12.6 or so.

I have to button up my exhaust because it came back from the dealership with a leak, but that's ok, it's got a brand new tranny.

Well, it's no secret what I like to put on my vehicles. I'll be adding a spray kit here in the near future, maybe by March if all goes well.

 

See... I'm going to have to call BS on that guy. Chris can drive, and Bruce can drive, and they got nowhere near that. Now maybe he's saying stock, but was really 'mustang stock', which means he has suspension, gears, and slicks, at the very least. Nothing against you, but like I said, I know Chris and Bruce can both launch and drive the hell out of a car, and they weren't even close. Then again, maybe he got a super freak of a car.

 

Thanks for the props Dino. From my understanding that guy had a shifter and some weight mods. I mean like he took the spare, jack and a couple other things out and had almost no gas. It's still impressive but I did my run on a full tank of gas with stock everything in the car including the air in the tires.
