yesterday i was on waters ave. in tampa and i raced the police i got pulled over afer i hit 46mph he said i was speedin.

Unless the speed limit was 40 or less, he's not allowed to stop you for that. FSS states that you can't be stopped for 5mph or less over the posted limit. I thought the limit on Waters was 45?
