Billy i'm talking in general. Not about my car. If i had the money i would be going 10's now. From what you and other people have said a honda cant do it. The faster cars around are running 9's and 10's and claiming they wont lose to a honda. They will. All it takes is the money. The parts are now available. You know Corey can help me build a turbo car to run 10's if his will do it on the motor. I have nothing in the trunk. It's all under the hood. You are saying "hondas" Thats like me saying you have a mullet because you have a V-8. Thats ignorant. Not all hondas are slow. Most people that drive hondas are younger and cant afford to build them. Most parents would rather have their kids have a stereo then a turbo. You are getting married. You are about to find out!!

I was wondering how your car runs. This thread started because a civic thought he had you. I dont know what the out come would have been. Do you care to share?

 

Correct me if I'm wrong (I'm sure you will ), but it seems you are comparing apples and oranges. There are 9 and 10 second v-8's being driven on the street, to work, etc. Hell, I had one (10's) 5 years ago. Where are the 9 and 10 second STREET Honda's? If you want to compare track only purpose built cars, then same for both, but if we are talking street driven cars, I still say it is a long way away. Not saying it can't be done, hell I remember when someone was being interviewed about the Street Outlaw class in fun ford, they said the class would never go 8's on a 10.5 tire, now they are going 7's. It's ignorant to say it will never happen, I'd just like to know when?

 

There is a girl in Orlando with an 8 second mustang street driven with a/c and stereo system. Show me a street Honda that can do that. Not saying fast hondas don't exist but its foolish to compare the two. So lets try the keep this thread about our own cars (or trucks)

 

I would try and correct you but i think we both know it's pointless. I wonder what you will say next. You must not be selling to many cars today. Maybe you should stock some more hondas on that lot to keep you busy
