i agree its very potent for a 6 and it has alot of potential only weakness is the rods..i am gonna go cai, exhaust, ecu, cams, headers, and maybe greddy twins or stillen s/c but that wont be for a bit. i havent ran the 1/4 but i have buddies that run like 13.7-8's bone stock and 13.5 with drag radials.

those ran from 93-97 gen 4.0 gets LT1's gen 4.5 gets LS1's....fyi

as far as LT1's are concerned, id have to say they are very temperature tempermental...i have had nights where 9.4's at sunshine is all i could manage...and other nights where i keep my fans on and let it cool and im running 9.0's...they just qwerkie like that i guess...i guess im auto and i slightly pulled a 350Z from about 45-90 im guessing he was auto too.. but they are decently stout cars for what they are...cant help but thing the G35 looks better though. Good Kill.

if i had to guess...id say your going to run 9.3's again that weight probably gave you alot more traction...i know i need to pull my swaybar off next time i go out...my best 60' at track night was 2.18 i think...and that was on some hoosiers..when i was on my s/r's i pulled 2.0's with all my tools parts etc in the trunk...just helped to plant the rears alot better. plus the hoosiers never got warm and had too much pressure live and learn...and honestly im a block from sunshine right now, i should go there, but i left ole faithful at home, so itll be too late before i get home and back.

ahhh ic...dino i dont have any rims i had some 19'' chrome adrs on it but that is dumb to put on a sports car...the dealer had them on..i am going to get either racing hart c4s or adr m sports in gunmetal. im not some ghetto kid lol. when i run its usually from a roll. does it sound stupid to feather out the clutch at 3k rpms? or dump at 2500..which sounds more reasonable because if i hook right my 60' is very low 2's..i think if i feather it i may gain a few tenths but maybe wrong.

Where those chrome 19's on there last weekend? I thought it looked pretty sharp. Please don't take offense to this, but I don't see your car really as a sports car. The same way I don't see my GTP coupe as a sports car either. (Some people say because it's a 2 door with a supercharger, then it's a sports car.) I think your car is more of a pimp ride with a little bit of oomph.
As far as launching, what is happening when you dump at 2500? Are you spinning or bogging? I dump around 3400 and get just a smidge of spin (or the clutch slips ) and I pull 1.9's.
