okay so I have a 2002 Volkswagen vr6 and now my windows will not roll down. I checked all the fuses and they are all working or not blown. I had the car read and and it said my CCM was "ready" also. I'm new to the Volkswagen community....cpuld it be a bad relay? Or the switches? Because the driver side and passenger side switches will not roll the windows down not to mention the sunroof is doing the same. Cannot find another master switch to plug in to see if that was the issue so I am completely stumped now. I've done my research on Google and a couple other forums and they all say "check the fuses" or "maybe a bad CCm" so if you have anything new or an idea or a solution that would be terrific
