Owner: Chad..2003 vw gti vr6 6spdChad wanted some extra power out of his sweet vdub, After checking out a few kits, He decide to have us choose the right components to reach his goals and also leave room for more in the event..Some goodies piping: 4" intake/ 2.5 chargeSiemen LI 630cc injectors:c2motorsports 95mm maf:Chad took advantage of the fact we're garrett-tial dealers:brand newGarrett gt3582r turbo/ t3 .82 w/anti surge housing:Tial's newest qr bov/ we selected the qr because of the fact that it is a maf based vehicle:Tial 38mm wastegate:Log manifold for economy/durability & quick spool characteristics /// 24x10x3 same side intercooler:

minus the lip kit, eyelids, & grill, this looks good.

btw your close to where i work... i do need some work done. intercooler piping exhaust etc. Any pics of your work you can send me?

Once we got everything removed we were able to start working on installing the components:





Install the new injectors & clips:








Turbo intake w/ recirculation:

Did the owner mention the problem with that particular VGI intake manifold? They're usually good for about .75bar before the plastic blows at the seams. I got away with 1bar before it exploded. In the near future, you may end up swapping to an alloy and re-routing some of that piping. As you already know, it's not a difficult task, but it sucks having to redo something after the fact.

X2, I had one blow on a customers car years ago running just 10psi. Build looks pretty decent otherwise.

Yeah, He's aware of it, But for now the stock will have to do.
