2003 Volkswagen GTI vr6 Turbo Installation

Owner: Chad..2003 vw gti vr6 6spdChad wanted some extra power out of his sweet vdub, After checking out a few kits, He decide to have us choose the right components to reach his goals and also leave room for more in the event he got bored.....

Some goodies

piping: 4" intake/ 2.5 charge

Siemen LI 630cc injectors:

c2motorsports 95mm maf:

Chad took advantage of the fact we're garrett-tial dealers:brand newGarrett gt3582r turbo/ t3 .82 w/anti surge housing:

Tial's newest qr bov/ we selected the qr because of the fact that it is a maf based vehicle:

Tial 38mm wastegate:

Once we got everything removed we were able to start working on installing the components:

Install the new injectors & clips:

Turbo intake w/ recirculation:

downpipe/ mid pipe eliminating the cat:

Intercooler & piping:
