Default Air cooled vw mech. needed

I'm in need of a vw mech. that works on old air cooled bugs. I'm not looking to get ripped off. I already know not to go to Fisher buggies. Please, any recomendations would be helpful.

Contact Tom at Total Performance. Real good guy, and will not rip you off. I have known Tom for many years, and he does great work.

Check out Larry at Olsen's VW on Florida Ave. They are a small shop that's not flashy, but they've been working on VW's since they were sold new.

What are you working on? I have a few air cooled's, but I've got a 72 bug I'm building for a daily driver type deal.

There is a good shop down in Fort Myers called Foreign Policy. The could at least get it good enough to bring to Tampa.
