Does any one know of any place that will read the ECU chips to see if there is any difference between 2 chips that I have ? Does Jim Wilson have the capability ??

As in compare the code that stored in them? Probably not since most chip makers encrypt their data so that others cant copy it.

well I was mainly worried about the idle fuel mapping . Do you know if anyone makes a custom chip to meet the needs for a customer ?

i believe jim wilson does and if you cant get a good one through him try doritos they got good chips too...
