APR is a 1 bar ecu and Upsolute is a .8 bar ecu. I think APR has a little more torque and has a sportier feel whereas the Upsolute chip the power comes on more smoothly. Im sure you can request a 1 bar ecu from Upsolute though.

But both chips are made for turbo not S/C . Neither company can help me with a chip 
I asked Jim and he told me that he cant do any chip reading and he didnt know of anyone that could except for bigger companies but they most likey wouldnt do it Oh well .........
