Dave - I can get Spearco intercoolers but theyre not cheap. The inexpensive way to go would be to use a stock 1.8T or TDI intercooler and mount it in the stock location behind the bumper. You cant beat stock mounting points. I can even get the European-spec 1.8T/TDI intercooler that has metal endtanks (less pressure drop higher flowing). It wouldnt be difficult to make piping to go from the charger to the intercooler and up into the TB. I think you might even be able to use stock TDI pipe from the intercooler to the TB. You can always do things the easy way and run water injection. Itll be cheaper overall and cool just as well.

Kyle - yeah I can take your car apart but thats as close as it will get! That car is sick! Whos car is it? Thats the way to do it if moneys no object air-to-water intercoolers.
