I beleive he is buying it from the dealership that he works at, or a dealership that is affiliated with the one that he works at, so he gets it for a really low price, (probably what the difference is on the trade in).

 

Its a trade in, and although its a low price, believe me when I say thats what their going through the auctions for, due to reliability reports on them. I personally think if its maintained right it will be reliable, but according to VW's reports on them, their not so good.
