Audi 1.8t - Boost presure issue?
Thanks to everyone who posted! I finally had time to install the new ECS N75 valve and the difference is night and day. It starts normally, idles correctly, accelerates smoothly, and the turbo lag is gone. Rep for all.

"having a big turbo is like having a big dick; it's not immediately obvious to everyone, but you have to just rest assured that when it comes time to put it to use, you won't need to explain a whole lot afterwards"

Is mine > 225hp... definitely. Does it have the 180hp block & internals or the 225hp block and internals is the question. I'm only concerned because I'm probably peaking at 20psi and this is my DD for the most part (I don't want to blow it up).

ko4, 5spd, awd. It's a 2000 model that was produced in nov/99. I purchased it from the original owner who said it was one of the first TTs off the line (custom order?).

2000 MY only came in 180 hp version (in either FWD or Quattro), so that is what your car is.
