I have an idea, you are retarded. Manual boost controllers are useless on the 1.8t. If you did any research before you got the manual boost controller, you would have known this. Nice job on making an uneducated purchase.

LOL...no worries man. Yeah the MBC on the stock ecu doesn't work well. If you want to turn up the boost, get chipped. Not only well it up the boost, but also the timing and other aspecs on the ecu. GIAC, APR, Upsolute, and Revo are a few of many companies that make ecu reflash software for VWs. Good Luck!

dont be so hard on him even though it would have been smart to research it...
i believe it is after 15psi that the car goes into retard lockdown mode..aka limp mode....so try 15psi, even though that isnt gonna make a big dif, that the most i think you can boost it with stock ecu programing..

or try a 4bar fpr off the audi and then get a diode for the maf and delete the n75 with the boost controller....
Nevermind, you prob dont know what im talkin bout since you tried 18-20 psi on a stock ecu.g/l

Play it safe and get it chipped if you have no idea how to tune, turning up the boost with no additional fuel is like playing with fire.
