Thats a pretty cool project!
18psi out of a KO3???? How the hell? I had a nice nice front mount on mine, and it would max out at 7-8psi at the upper rpms. No, it wasnt restrictive, I actually pressure tapped all my pipes from the turbo to the TB to make sure.
Also kind of funny to see 180g/s airflow numbers@8psi of boost
Actually is that turbo out of the beetle? on my 2000 APH(the baby Ko3) the compressor is on the drivers side and it has a big dogleg on the outlet pipe..... Sure you or someone else didnt stick something different on there??

ya i have one . . . but the damn thing has two dime sized holes from the exploding diff . . . you can still have it though, i'm sure someone can fix it.

I have the entire tranny and shift cable assembly.. also starter, slave cylinder,
and entire clutch assembly (with new spec stg3 disc, pp and light FW). None of thise stuff fits so it's gotta go. Oh Scott, also have an 89' F150 4x4, lifted for $500 . . . needs an AODe.
As for the car, it's not finished until i get those axles in. So I can't go anywhere as of now.

Well, I dont need no swap parts myself, but I wouldnt mind gettin my fingers on that bellhousing. I need to see if I can get my VR car to get past 24mpg by using that TDI box I got...

Im putting a 5.0 motor in my 97 F150(new body style). replacing the V6. Its a bit of a challenge since the 5.0/5.8 wasnt offered in that frame and wiring configuration
