the tt header is a nice piece! what was your base line dyno?
I will always <3 16v's. I've had 3 of them.

 

I just got back from Reeves, they surprised me and pressed the cam gear on for FREE. She put down 116whp and 123wlbft(over 110lbft from 3300-5500) with the Autotech chip in 92 degree heat at around 185,000 miles on it. Since then I replaced the all the infamous injector o-rings and put on TT exhaust. After I get all the goodies in I'm hoping for at least 145whp with a slight loss on the low end.

 

I don't think you should have a problem touching 145whp. That motor is an animal. My buddy and I just finished his 16vt and 3rd gear doesn't seem to stick up top

 

Most of the numbers I have seen have been around 145 with those or similar mods. "expect the worst and hope for the best".

Would that 16vt be in a white A2 Jetta? I've seen one of those flying around recently with a FMIC, but didn't have a chance to chat w/ him.

Well, most of them don't have a computer or suffer from computer illiteratacy. When they have questions, they tend to ask me about posting/researching them. They're all down for meets. Right now we have a small crew (where i'm the only one online) of

2 mk3 VRt's plus one in progress
1 mk2 g60t jetta coupe
3 mk2 Gti's (VR,16vt,VRt)
1 mk2 Gti 16v all motor.

So, the crew is getting a bit larger, but we need to set up more meets that involve driving activities. I seriously hate standing around for hours.

I just get all new exhaust manifold studs from Reeves and start getting to work when it starts pouring. Doing my anti-rain dance hasn't helped yet either.
