Basically the kid has an electric cutout so he can drive daily with a two inch downpipe and with the flip of a switch he can divert exhaust gases to a three inch downpipe >=] He still has the non functional stock exhaust canister for the sleeper look.

ohh ok so if he doesn't "hit the switch" then he doesn't use the the 3inch down pipe?

Exactly. To tell you the truth I don't know allot of people with an electric cutout. The only things on his car I would change are 9.0:1 JE 81.5mm (I would use 9.5:1), crower 402 cams (I would use ITR or GSR), crower springs and retainers (I would use Port Flow inner, ITR outer and Port Flow retainers), AEM cam gears (I would use Golden Eagle) and Jun chromoly flywheel (I would use a 12.5lb). He still has a bad ass setup though!
