My film friends Some of us forget that all films are made for our entertainment and enjoyment, though I have to say that some of us cannot distinguish one from the other. For those who make unsavory remarks I suspect that they have little or no imagination, also they may have no idea that they are only being entertained. I do agree that many of these films submitted by kind people; are in my opinion low budget films and do not come up to the standard we expect of them. This is where our imagination comes in to add or replace what we would liked to have happened. Back in the 1930's all films were for our entertainment; and we were entertained. There was no time to pick holes in the action or direction. We accepted that which we viewed with awe. Now, we expect perfection by the actors and the directors. The point I am trying to make is; if we do not get what we expected of the film we give no further time of thought to it, neither do we have any imagination to make any improvements. So I suggest you watch and enjoy; and if you do not like what you see then forget it, after all; it was free entertainment.
