If it was me, I would have been standing in that bathroom with two big black bouncers thinking about the odds of coming out of that alive if I fought back. Like mentioned above, even if the dude was chuck norris he could have only taken one of them at a time. The second he fights back, the other bouncer is going to hold him down while the first crushes his skull.
I'd rather take a few punches "like a bitch" and still have higher brain function the next day than try to be a big man and end up eating through a tube for the rest of my life.

And i guess your opinion has to be respected. But as far as im concerned. The pride I would have lost "taking the punches like a bitch" and reacting like that guy did has consequences greater than those suffered had i fought back and risked more injury.

I guess I just can't understand having so much pride that I would risk permanent physical or mental damage. I've seen what even a single punch can do, and this guy risked getting a severe beatdown. I knew a guy who got punched in the face once and had his cheek bone crushed so badly that they had to put a plate in his face permanently, on top of the fact that the eye on that side no longer moves because the muscle was destroyed too. That was a single punch. Can you really say that your "pride" being damaged from facing two dudes twice your size is worth that?

But to SOME people pride is important. And part of sitting there and let some asshole with a minum wage wanabe power position take your shit and hit you "just because he can" would take your pride. I for example, would loose a lot of respect for myself had i known i couldnt even stand up for myself i sat there and let someone beat me down take my shit while i stared at them. But again, to some people getting your shit taken, taken a few punches to the face is fine as long you get a couple of dollars out of fine. Pride and self respect arent what they use to be.

I cant say with certainty. But from the outside looking in, i can only say what i believe i would do. And whats to say that "face breaking" punch isnt coming from the white guy? LOL im sorry im not scared because the other people happen to be black or be bigger than me. But again if your intimated by someones size, that probably means you dont have that much pride or self-esteem, which leads to you doubting yourself. Which probably means, a black man takes your shit put 4 fists in your mouth and you go home AND DONT SAY SHIT. Then get bailed out when people report seeing it on youtube.

I don't care if you take him to court or you wait for him to be alone in the parking lot and come at him with a baseball bat. You can keep your pride at the end of the day as long as you feel the score is even. There's no sense in standing up for yourself when you're at a huge tactical disadvantage, because all that's going to do is get you dead and the other guy feeling even better about himself than he was before.
Standing up for yourself when you're almost guaranteed to get your ass handed to you isn't being proud, it's being fucking retarded.
