I bet now he's beating himself up for fully building the head first and not the block..i mean if he was all motor maybe he could have gotten away with that for a bit longer but you live you learn..like i said before, still rode the fuck out for what it was..

I do realize I might need to replace or upgrade the turbo before then, then again maybe not.

There are lot of old 850R's out there still going strong after 300K with motors that have never had to be opened up. A few people on my favorite R forum getting near 200K with the original turbos and no oil consumption or other engine issues as well.

We modified volvo folks are more known for breaking trannies instead of engines, lol.

It's just seeing what a stock block boost setup could do in his case i guess. Of course the car could be faster but i'm sure that wasn't the objective.
