^Whats wrong with Ls tranny for boost? The longer gearing seems to work good on our setup.

been through 4 trannys in 2 years.....thats why I dont launch on street tires to put even more stress on the diff.
and this one is on its way out the door, another reason why i didnt get on it till 3rd at the track.

It would be rev limiter in every gear lol....I turned the boost down to 10psi, see how that works on the street.
longer gears=less wheel spin
short gears=spin tires off rim lol.

LS gearing is just not optimal for drag racing... This could of course be changed by changing the final drive ratio, but the LS as is just doesnt provide the same acceleration as a GSR or B16.... And yes, the diffs are very weak also.... I would think an LS trans with a B16 final and a good diff would be pretty nice though 
I run a GSR with an LS final and Wavetrac B16 diff (same as LS) and I love it....
There is a guy on here selling a 93 GSR transmission WITH a spare GSR gear set for like $400... You should look into that
