The first evo got a late start on the drag but at least he was driving it hard, the evo X wasnt even pushing. It was auto btw... Im not saying it would have won otherwise cause im not arguing either way, but the tranny was shifting right on 7k while the sti was slamming gears all the way up to and past 8k. I dont think thats a fair fight.

You're a moron. Get over it. The EVO lost fair and square. It seems that's everyone's excuse nowadays when their choice car looses. Did you see the way the STI was pulling on the EVO towards the end? As far as driving is concerned, the "driving" was better in the EVO, because it was not a stick, and it still lost.
