im sure they were doing nothing and never got any warnings either the cops just picked them out of a crowd and arrested them i dont think they win in court even with the video

 

they got a good case but the judge is going to ask what happend before the camera was rolling.... were they doing trick or grinding....

 

did he catch that kid who ran away? lol

i thought they said "happy no skateboarding day" but nonetheless that cop is definitely having a bad day. if i was a judge, i would probably reprimand the cop and maybe fine the kids or something..

 

I think the cop is thinking because he told the kids to "stop" and they didn't "stop" they're evading a cop.
