I say +1 for the cop. You only see one segment of what happened and we all know punk kids on skateboards always follow the rules right? I bet hey have an regulations like St Pete and Tampa where there is no skating in certain areas. Guess it is a lesson for the punk kids to follow what they are told by an authority figure or you just might get choked out and cuffed.
