1) stock 240sx run 16s
2) stock 240sx put out less than 135whp
3) stock 240sx WILL NOT beat a stock eclipse gst or gsx from a roll or a dig
4) to go fast in a 240sx requires a turbo ka24de or sr20det swap

And that's why I've seen people pull low 15s to high 14s in a stock 240. Granted it had a stock VLSD. With simple bolt ons and a little tune you will be at 185whp. Nissan rates the s14 ka at 150hp and they put that to the wheels. There are some weak KAs, but there are a some really strong KAs. Mine pulled on a few stock SRs.

I dont have videos, but I will step up to a challange when my cars back on the road. It will have boltons cause everything else got tossed out. I'm doing a factory rebuild becuase the ebay timing chain set failed. Heads rebuilt, just have to do the bottom end, do some minor body work, and paint the chasis and body.

It's all about that 60ft... People said my 130whp 91 prelude ran 17s. I have timeslips and whitnesses that prove otherwise. I ran consistant 15.8s with 2.4 60ft. Yeah shitty, but it's FWD with 195 rain tires, and weighed in at 2900lbs inc driver. RWD is supposed to launch better out of the hole. Jay ran mid 13's in a 160whp civic na with a 1.6 60ft and 12s on the bottle.

I will back up everything I said about my 240.

Simple bolt ons and an ECU tune (street tune, not race tune) might get you ~160whp (keyword: might). And Nissan rates the 155hp at the FLYwheel and not the wheels at the end of the axles.

I'm not even arguing that you did or didn't beat any stock SRs either. I just don't agree with anything else you said.

I still call BS till I see vids.

I can say I ran 12's in Geo Prizm but who would believe me unless I had proof that says otherwise. Proof is a video or hell seeing it in person. Otherwise its just word of mouth.
