I do not doubt you saw a particular GTO run 13.7. But how can you say that is the best a car can run? That makes no sense...One car making a 13.7 pass does not mean that is the best the car can do.
If you have ever taken a statistics class you would realize that you never base an arguement off of a single testcase.

This thread is awesome. So we have a modified SRT-4 running 22 pounds of boost beating a stock SRT-8 from a 45 mph roll and it has turned into an arguement about GTO's? Only on TR
The video sucks, at least race from a dig and give the charger a chance, oh, wait, I forgot this is TR again

EPA city/hwy econ: 2005 GTO 17/25 mpg - 2006 Charger SRt8 14/20mpg
I can tell the mpg are just a little inacurate because I got like 21.7mpg from here till Miami and I was going very fast most of the time.....
And my Mom drives a 2005 Jeep with the 5.7Hemi and that thing is a moster on the gas station it does like 12 or 13 in the city, but the GTO is always in the 15 even 16mpg area. but I love the Hemi I'm pretty sure if it was a manual it could beat the GTO.
And yes I beat a 04 Cobra from a roll, 2times, I got friends that were on another car behind us, ( plus he had a Cat-back for sure, I know because I had a Cobra before this car, I could see the clamps on the pipes)
