No in Euro cars or in some of them you have to press down and act like your shifting into 1st to actualy get into reverse. This guy must have accidently done it or something.

Yeah, my aunt has one, it is either you push down and go towards first, or they have a little lever under the knob you pull up and go towards first....

 

You know this video will lead to ricer excuse #11...."No, I didnt loose, I accidently put it in reverse."

 

What year is it? The one in the video looks to be around an 01 or 02, they probably came up with that lever idea or the push idea after too many people drove into parked cars while trying to back out of their parking space

 

vw has always had the push down to get it in gear thing.. even back in the 60s and before. i seriously doubt the kid was trying to drag anyone, thats a 2.0 which is the slowest car ever. when i say slow i mean supercharged they run 16's .. and if they were racing the car that was counting would have took off after the count.. he just sat there.

 

Yeah, it's hard to say... But I didn't know they had the push thing, my ex had an old Golf cabrio and it didn't do that

 

yea those things are hard to get a hang of, i actually put my friends in reverse on accident and trust me its not that hard to accidentally put that in reverse.

 

lol at queer not knowing its in reverse thats why its important to always do a dumbass second to first gear check b4 lauching your VW/BMW/AUDI and all the other Hilter cars...
