how is it, that with 4 less cylinders that evo is twerkin those stangs , and here all this time , i though " american muscle was it " ......... guess not

 

I'll tell you how... He had more power (and probably weighed less). How hard is that to understand?

 

They all had about the same HP if you watched the video. And evo's arent that much lighter then cobras.

The evo actually weighs 3,321 lbs, so once again you are wrong. And from my research the curb weight on a 03 cobra is only 3665 lbs

300lbs isn't that big of a difference on highway racing, especially with the better gear ratio the 6speed cobra's have. The car shouldn't have put that much of a hurting on those cobra's... unless it's running more boost then what it dyno'd at...

You were correct on the evo, but this one has a sunroof so it has more weight. If it didn't you would have been right. And the cobra weight I posted was actual weight at a federal DOT weigh station after it rolled off the show room floor. Every option.
