I watched the vid several times. The vehicle did NOT appear to use his turn signal.

He tapped the brakes when the 1st bike was beginning to pass, but never signalled his left turn.

Regardless, the bikes were passing illegally.

well it doesnt matter if the person in the van didnt signal...... was double lines,you cant pass if there is double lines..
It's the bikers stupidity...wonder how bad he was hurt???

It looks like the road forks off going striaght and also veers to the left. The van should of checked his mirrors but the biker should of had some sense about passing on a forked road.
