the van (suv) is not at fault.. you dont have to turn your turn signal on when the road turns..there is no break in the double yellow line. Its stupid bikers like this that give bikers a bad name. Its this reason people think motorcyles are soooo dangerous. It wasnt at all the cars fault. I have a bike. I am tired of people riding bikes like morons and blaming people in cars. IMO there is no reason a bike should be hit by a car. You either shouldnt have been driving next to it or you should have payed more attention.. your on a bike. (there are many exceptions, for the most part i blame it 95% on bikers) to sum up my paragraph.. the suv didnt do a damn thing wrong.

yeah ur right, at the 10th second if u pause you'll see a yellow sign on the right indicating the road curves sharply. and the yellow double actually turn with the suv, but that's harder to see.
