was that the same miata from the GRM $2003 challenge? fucking incredible that that car was built for 2000 bucks

12.5 @ 105 isn't exactly blistering. I'd like to see Z-fever's SR powered miata at the track. I know that one still turns, at least!

Props to that guy, though, for physically getting a V8 in there!! I'll bet the driveshaft is only a foot long.

i'd challenge anyone on this site to be able to run a 12.5 on a 2000 dollar budget including the cost of the car

Crotch rocket at auction?

It's the 2G's part that makes it impressive. A 12 second V8 miata alone is just neat. I agree, though. For 2 grand, that's one hell of a car!
