Website down errors?

Is this a normal thing? I click on to see posts and they either say "no longer available" or the whole page says "cant be found"

Your cover story needed some improvement from the first day and your first post.
You chose to contribute nothing and post nothing to this site other than pick apart Tampa Racing.com
The 100K+ members that Tampa Racing.com has are not just local. You already knew that.
One more instance of posting negatives about Tampa Racing.com without any information to back up
your claims. Your buddies from another site also make claims with nothing to back them up.
No URL's no screen shots; just negatives that you are not allowed to post on some other site.
