urea fluid has a monitor that monitors the usage. if you let it go to long it will put the truck in shut down mode and will have to be reset from ford. Av time for refilling it every oil change.

just something else a dealership can charge you for...like a 200 dollar oil change isn't expensive enough.

picking up a older used truck is sounding like the better option all of the time. Use the money you saved to make some mods to it and save for typical maintenance.

Brand new diesels are crazy expensive... I'd always go used anyways.
